"My hair genuinely feels healthier"
I ordered the shampoo and conditioner from biolage.com, they worked even better than I expected. After just a few washes, my hair felt softer, smoother, and way less frizzy without feeling heavy or greasy at all. It’s always nice when a product actually does what it says, and this one definitely gave me more confidence in my hair. Shipping was totally fine too. I’m really happy with it and will probably buy again.

"Helpful support, easy overall"
My order confirmation didn’t come through, so I reached out to Biolage customer service kind of expecting it to take a while.
They replied the next morning and looked into the order without making it a whole thing. The rep was friendly and got the info I needed quickly.
I did have to follow up once, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it was a smooth enough experience and they were helpful

"Love the products, but the site is a bit of a pain"
I do really like the products themselves, so that’s not the issue. It’s more the website… it was just kind of frustrating to use. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and I ended up spending way too much time trying to find the right shampoo. The filters seemed like they should help, but they didn’t narrow things down much. Checkout did work fine in the end, but yeah, the whole shopping experience felt clunkier than it needed to.

"Not really a fan of the ingredients"
I was hoping this would work better for me, but the ingredients just feel a bit too harsh on my hair. I don’t want to be rude, but I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return Was Easy, Refund Took a Bit"
I had to return something recently, and the return process itself was simple. No big hassle there. The refund did take a little longer than I expected, so I was checking back a couple times, but it eventually came through and everything worked out fine in the end.

"Works shockingly well for my wavy, dry hair"
I’ve got kinda thick, wavy hair that gets dry and cranky at the ends but somehow flat at the roots, because apparently my hair likes being a pain in the ass. Finding products that don’t make it feel heavy or greasy is usually a whole annoying circus, but Biolage actually worked better than I expected.
My hair feels softer, less frizzy, and still has some bounce instead of turning into a sad little mop. I also don’t have to use a ton, which is great because I hate wasting product like an idiot. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and my hair is just way easier to deal with.

"Packaging was better than most"
The packaging came really nice, better than what I usually see from other orders. Everything was packed well and there were no leaks at all.

"Shipping took forever and support wasn’t helpful"
My package showed up really late, and I barely got any updates along the way. When I reached out, the response made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication made the whole thing really frustrating.

"My scalp feels a lot better lately"
I’ve been using Biolage for maybe a few weeks now, and my scalp feels so much less itchy and dry than it used to. My hair seems softer too, and it doesn’t get oily quite as quickly, which is a nice bonus. Shipping was normal, and the website was simple enough to figure out. Overall, I’m happy with it and will probably buy it again at some point

This works really well with my hair, so I do like it. The price is a bit much for me at full cost, but when it’s on sale, I’m way more likely to grab it...

"I’ve used this a few times now..."
I’ve used this a few times now my hair feels so much softer it’s kind of wild. It has a really nice shine too, but not that greasy/oily look, which I was worried about. My ends also don’t feel nearly as dry anymore. Happy with it, not gonna lie
